About Us
Lakeview Bakery is owned and operated by Stuart and Mara McCoy. With over 30 years combined retail bakery experience we believe that you can’t get better customer service anywhere. Mara has been designing custom cakes for over 18 years in the Dallas, Texas area and is an artist as well as a cake designer. Mara grew up watching her father, Daniel Saldana create “one of a kind” metal sculptures in his studio, and as you can see, her art background really shows in the cakes she creates. Lakeview Bakery was awarded the Readers Choice Award by Dallas Morning News Neighbors publication.
We have created cakes for Rockstars, Radio DJs, and Olympic Gold Medalist to NBA Super Stars. Every cake that leaves the bakery is personally decorated or supervised by Mara herself. We bake our cakes on site and take as much pride in the taste or our cakes as we do the design.
